MENTORING
PROGRAMS
Our programs are developed around the voice of the young person and their individualised needs.
We aim to deliver our programs and provide support in unique and individualised ways based on the needs of each young person. We show respect for young people as individuals, connect with them, collaborate with both the young person and their community, and encourage them to show bravery when faced with challenges.
We provide various mentoring programs and deliver these programs through various activities to ensure that each session is specific for the needs of the young person. Our priority is to ensure that the young person's voice is heard and that our support encourages young people to feel confident about themselves, to learn and develop life skills, and to achieve their goals.

Youth Mentoring
NDIS mentoring supports young people with disabilities. Super Youths focusses on each young person as an individual and works to understand their goals and support them to be successful.
At-risk mentoring supports young people who have or are currently experiencing difficult challenges. Super Youths uses relationship building and their connections with various services to support the young person and their family.
Transition from care mentoring supports young people who have been placed under the Guardianship of the Chief Executive until they reach the age of 18. Super Youths supports young people who are approaching the age of 18 to build the skills and knowledge they need to be successful independently.
Super Youths acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the Traditional Owners of the Lands and Waters throughout Australia. Super Youths pays their respect to Elders past, present and emerging. Super Youths values the rights of Aboriginal young people and their families. We understand that there is a collective responsibility to acknowledge and support their right to self-determination.
